Always high quality at a more reasonable price than other similar options in the Buffalo area. The ONLY place we ever order boba or bubble waffles from. Milkshakes are phenomenal with ways to modify them to get exactly what you want. 5 stars every time.

The waffle came hot in a special container, my two scoops of ice cream I customize and they came in a separate container. The waffle was still hot and crispy, and the ice cream was firm and cold. This place is amazing!

super delicious waffles and totally worth the price!! I only got one scoop of ice cream on mine and could only finish half. they defo don't skimp on the toppings either. ice cream itself is good but pretty standard stuff that I'm sure I could find at my local grocery store. it's packaged nicely too, the ice cream didn't melt & everything was intact. overall would buy again :]

Never less than perfection! Been getting bubble waffles here for a few months now and can honestly say they are the most delicious dessert I've had anywhere out in Buffalo
